As soon as you get the Doctor's order for your CT scan or MRI you will need to call 1-800-808-1213.
You must have your FreeRxCard and the Doctor's order in hand when you do call.
The operators will schedule your appointment with a discount up to 50% off usual and customary pricing to the nearest imaging center in your area. If you don't have a card right now then you should copy the photo above in the right hand corner and print it or just go to http://tinyurl.com/freerxplus and there you can choose the online printing or a real card to be sent to you in the mail.
