What if I cannot get a hold of an operator when scheduling for Lab, MRI or CT scan?

I've had a couple of people that I know ask about the MRI and CAT scan discount program.  It should be easy to set up an appointment.

1.  Please have a pre-written doctors order for your MRI or CT scan at hand before calling the operator.

2.  Also have ready your FreeRxPlus discount card so that information can be given to the operator.

When you are ready then call 1-800-808-1213 found on the back of the FreeRxPlus card and an operator will be ready to set up your appointment for a Lab test, MRI or CT scan with discount already applied. The location of an imaging center is confidential and will only be given to the patient at time of scheduling the appointment.
